Two years ago Schahin started a pilot project with IBM Connections. The users participated in new teamwork, more connections and faster interactions. The consequence now is to extend the project for all the company. But how do we implement social features in an organizational environment? This challenge is the richest experience to share in this lecture: Is it necessary to create rules? Do we need tracking interaction? Information compliance? What about employee engagement? Schahin tried different ways and now the company is sure it has adopted the right strategy with more effectiveness, transparency, innovation and employee satisfaction that’s moving Schahin to have a smarter workforce.
